FYI, I got mine from these guys on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3AEOIBSAA%3AUS%3A11&viewitem=&item=270211494623

$159 including shipping and they were very fast. Latest version too.

Today I Changed my Gauges to include MAP instead of RPM since the dash Tach is accurate... Highest reading I saw on the way to work was 19.7 during moderate acceleration onto the Mass pike which would be 5#s boost... Most of the rest of the time it hovered around 14 to 16 while cruising 65 to 75 MPH...
I may try a little WOT tonight on the way home if it isn't to slick out to see what higher boosts are available...

Looks like the Ebay site is $10.00 cheaper than the direct Web Site for the Scangauge but the extra cables are $3.00 cheaper direct from the Web Site...

Yeah, with WOT I can get to over 30 PSI MAP, which is over 15PSI of boost. I also programmed it to read out HP and hit 145 today getting on the highway with WOT. I modified my gauge to read MAP, HP, AVG MPG (From last fill) and instant MPG since things like the water temp, tach and speed are all displayed already on the cluster.

Didn't take much to get a MAP of 30.2 but it then drops almost immediately to 29.2... Checked it twice, 60 to 80mph went quickly and then from 35 to 65mph from an on-ramp...

That looks like a placeholder web page... Do you have a better address?

I have a 96 e300d, and it works like a charm. As for its code reading ability, it will read and clear the standard codes, but I do not believe it is able to read the codes that only a Mercedes dealer is able to pull up. Well worth the money!!

This is pretty much what mine does. I think 15PSI of boost is what it is trying to limit it to as maximum but it might spike for a moment above the limit until the wastegate opens. Don't forget that atmospheric pressure is not a constant. It can be low or high depnding on the weather and your altitude above sea level.

Understood... I just use the standard 14.7 at sea level as base line since the Mass Pike / Southeast Distressway exchange can't be more than 50' above sea level and Boston Weather is what changes every 15 minutes or so....

Mine is sitting in the ashtray until the weather gets nice enough to relocate it on top of the steering column...
