The front end repair thread
Can anyone find that fine thread that lists front end repairs by difficulty/tools needed?

pindelski.com
The site is pay for (like $25 a year) but has an amazing pictorial on a front end rebuild including part numbers, torque specs, tools used, etc.
It is the primer I used to rebuild my front end. http://www.pindelski.com/ If you are planning to tackle this job - to me it's worth it!
