It's the 240D in my signature, I always believe post referers to signature unless otherwise stated, at least it's been that way on other forums, I'll add it here from now on.

And pardon the messy engine, when I get her running the first stop is a engine wash at the local do it yourself carwash.

Just to clear up something some of us don't have the signature turned on and don't go into your private stuff to see what you got.
Now on to the question.
Don't worry about the first one.
The second one is the missing vacuum supply line to the door locks. If you don't mind manually unlocking the doors don't worry about it. If you don't want the car to shut down with the key then hook the vacuum supply up to it. If you want the doors to unlock automatically and the car to shut off with the key then you need to figure out which vacuum lock mechanism is leaking and repair it.
The third one controls egr and transmission shifting. How does it shift? If it shifts good don't worry about it.
good luck

It never seems to shift the same way twice but does fine if I shift manually, usually seems to go from 1st to 3rd, one line goes down to trans, other to top of IP but not quite to sd line, you can see in 2nd pic.

The first photo is a kin to the ALDA on the turbos. It's a altitude gizmo, not sure exactly what it does but I do know that there isn't supposed to be anything connected to it. I ask the same question about the one on my 240D when i first got it.
The second photo is the vac supply to the doorlock system. It should be connected to the main vac line.
The third photo is the 3/2 way valve. It's involved in the transmission shifting. Then are notorious for leaking and causing shifting problems.

Thanks, after I replace the shut off valve I'll check into that.

the second picture with the altitude gizmo, might have had a line going into the cabin area as a vent. It`s to keep dirt, out of the gizmo.
on my 85 300D it has some black lines that go through a gromet into the cabin area from some of the vacuum dodads.
