Fuel leak in 1990 2.5 Turbo

I have been using biodiesel for about a year in my 90 2.5 turbo. I have replaced the return lines and several of the 5/16" lines with viton, but there seems to be another leak that I cannot see from above. Fuel seems to be dripping from off the oil pan.

Question: what could this be? How many and what size of tubing and o-rings do I need to replace everything that is likely to leak?

Many thanks for your kind assistance!

any of he inlet lines?

clean the engine bay and then check for swelling and overly soft rubber lines. This includes all lines going through the filter assembly and the ones going in/out of the fuel heater.

mine was the fuel thermostat ( o) ring on my 93 2.5

Where is the fuel thermostat o-ring?

What size are the O rings on the 2.5 turbo? Are all the hoses 5/16th except the return lines? I would like to buy Viton lines and rings, but I do not know the sizes needed.

Thanks.

Best bet is to waste a can of carb or brake cleaner and spray down the fuel filter housing; and above and below the IP. Then drive it a day and check for leaks using a bright light and mirror and see where your leak originates from and address as needed.

Remember fuel blows back and CAN wick up. If its clean it should beobvious where its comming from.
