I am currently running my ALDA full open is there any further performance advantages in removing it?

If the ALDA is calibrated "perfectly"...........your performance with it should be identical to the performance without it. The SD still has the ALDA and it's off line performance is excellent.

Only a more linear throttle feel.

I ran without it for a while and then we decided to set it as open as it would go (effectively removing it) and stick it back on just so the hole wasn't there staring at us... I have to say, I like it much better this way than the previous adjustment

All the rubber hoses that are used to join the plastic lines to alda. Can they be replaced with injector return line hose? I have some laying around and if I can use it I would rather do that. There is no local Mercedes Dealer in the area.
