Yeah, I mean I only cried for about 20, 25 minutes after reading that some posters don't care for the 124.

I definately don't find it offensive if people don't like my car's style ... I mean, heck I think most muscle cars are hideous, but the big spenders at Barrett-Jackson (and pretty much 99 percent of everyone who goes to car shows) think they're priceless. No accounting for taste.

Actually, I think that most folks prefer whatever car vintage was popular when they were young and impressionable, and broke. Most of the geezers who bid on those B-J muscle cars were probably in high school/college when they were first available. I remember looking at new 80s benz at car shows when my annual income was about half their list price.

the W123 is more like Barbara Bush handsome.


The W126, like a pornstar. Amazingly hot looking, but oversized in a few areas.

The W210 is the girl I'd take home to the parents. Unassuming, Not too provocative, plain on the outside but rocks my world when we're together alone.

I hate the look of the 450SEl 6.9, with the US bumpers, GAWD AWFUL!!. On the other hand, I love it with the bumpers Herr Benz intended. Many cars looked IMO better with the correct non-US lights and bumpers.

The ML is like Hilary Clinton.
