All leather options had single stitching on the pleats

Also the earlier style had 5 pleats on the front seats, the later style has 6.....

Lift at the back of the armrest (where it goes into the seat) and push back/down on the front. It should slide in and up into the seat. Its pretty cool.

Thanks, an earlier poster pointed this out to me as well, and lo and behold. . . works like a charm! It's amazing the things you can do when you just hink backwards of logical :-)

BTW, what on earth is the reason for that design??? The reason certainly isn't ease of folding up........

I think it might the equivalent of a German practical joke. Like finding reverse the first time you test a Volkswagen, or try to find the location of the ignition (left of the steering wheel) on certain Porsche's.

I still can't figure out how to lock my friend's BMW 330 from the key fob, but I sure can roll down the windows and make the horn honk :-)

I'm making myself sound a bit dim now, I'll stop (it's just so easy though!)
