My money problems are simple, I need to make more of it.

I drive 45 miles round trip to my CC... then 11 round trip to work... 3 days a week for school and 5 days a week for work.. so 190 miles a week for work and school.. Plus my additional driving can push my weekly tally to 300 miles. I put in half a tank so I can get better mileage and it has been working for me. I get 230 to half a tank so.. 460 to two halves compared to 410(average) for a full tank(back when diesel was 2$ a gallon)

This summer I am going to take a summer course 4 days a week for 6 weeks so I will put on 1100 miles in 6 weeks and at it will cost me(at $4.25 a gallon... solid guess) $200 to cover fuel just to school.

I like counting things .. I cant wait to take stats

I stopped driving the Suburban a while ago, but I needed to tow this weekend, and it was empty... 40 gallons... 128.00..... that hurts.
most in the SD... $64 is for 16 gallons. I have not needed to fill with D2 in a while...

Oh, jeez! A Suburban? Mine was like flushing a toilet everytime the traffic signals went green! I'm so glad my Dodge Ram does 25.6 MPG when empty and about 17 loaded!

And hey...... this was about to be the most expensive fill up! No one said what...so I fill everything at once. What's the difference if I was just 40 lbs short of a hazmat endorsement?

$985.00

Local 300D owner broke down, on US 23 in a snow storm.
They pushed it off the road/shoulder.
Snow plows buried it.
Two wreckers were required to drag it back to the road + 85 mile tow.
Diagnosis = ran out of diesel.
Added two gallons, primed the system and started car.

Total bill = $985.00

I have a 190d with a 55 liter tank. Diesel over here is about $1.7-$1.8 per liter. That puts me in the $93.5-$99 per tank. Stop whining .

Wow! it's $3.84/gal, last time I got fuel I think I only got 6 gallons, it lasts me about a week with my driving to and from work (thanks restricted DL) thank god I have a collection of 30 year old mopeds to ride once its warm. One of them gets on average 130mpg, if the petcock doesn't leak!
