pearl black 1983 240d 4speed (Converted!@$$%) atleast the tranny was rebuilt.

You get that nice slide over before every turn, and then when your exiting the turn you get the slide back? yikes, that wouldnt be fun :/

Got them done, at least they're a pile closer I think. Got them to .0005" which should be right around the middle between .01 and .02mm

The pull/drift to the right is greatly reduced. Still there, but tolerable now until I decide what to do next... which will be lower ball joints and LCA bushings.

Hmmm.......you almost threw me there with the metric to inches conversion. I was about to say ".015mm is midway between .01 and .02mm"

Glad to hear it helped out. I was pleasantly surprised at the difference it made on mine.

I couldn't find a damned metric dial indicator, so had to use the imperial in a pinch. Hopefully this thread will help some out there.
