Bosio vs. Monark injector nozzles
I am in the market for some replacement injector nozzles and have heard a lot of good things about Bozio but, I am curious if anyone has any experience with Monark Nozzles? They are German made and supposedly have a finer mist pattern than the original Bosch nozzles did.
Thanks in advance for any feedback. - Scott

Several members (do a search for Monark nozzles) have bought Monark nozzles (Made in Germany) from C Sean Watts and reported good results. I bought some for myself but have not had time to install them.
From what I have read Bosio nozzles are considered higher performance nozzles with many users saying they get peppier performance from them. The Monark nozzles are more like the stock nozzles but people claim they are quieter at idle. If you buy them from Sean the Monark nozzles are alomist 1/2 the cost of the Bosio nozzles. Either way you will need to remove your injectors and have the nozzles installed on them and pop tested and balanced. Monark also sells the whole injector new but there is a cost issue there.

Hauss Diesel has some Bosch Germany DN0SD265 nozzles... Speedy300D bought a set recently, they appear to be the real deal. However I'm not sure if they have any nozzles other than the 265's. Here's a link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150229561016 There's also a seller who advertised in the classified section on this forum, with some Bosch #240 nozzles, and I think #310 (can't recall what the third one was). Some were Bosch Germany, some were Bosch France. I got Bosch Germany #265's from him. Just make sure you avoid FuelPumpKing on eBay... he's selling counterfeits. Read this thread for details on that little fiasco... |
