does anyone know these will fit my car
on an auction site here is a quote from the description. Its the headlight assembly with bulbs bolted into the metal backing plate. im not to concerned about the bulbs but need to know about the mounting bracket.
Pair of used front headlights with foglights removed from a 1979 300CD in average condition. Headlights are great, foglights are just ok. Foglights have pitting on the lens and the yellow is not as bright. Complete with mounting bracket. Lightss should fit all Mercedes Benz from around 1976 to 1982, including 240 D, 300D, 300TD, 300 CD and possibly others I have a 1983 W123 300D and missing the drivers side, would these bolt in? the reason i ask is because he uses the word "should" in that sentence. anyone know for sure? thanks for all the help!
