Thumbs up Steering Damper brands for W126?

Stabilus and Boge are what seem to be around... thoughts on them?

...the same oil damper is used from late 50-ies up to late 80-ies(w126)...Stabilus is the OEM.Sachs/Boge,Bilstein should also be ok. Just stay away from Febi/Swag/Meyle/Vaico...

Exactly. I don't even remember what one I put on my car, I think it was Bilstein though.....either that or Febi. Either way, it improved my steering a lot, and has been on there for 2+ years with no problems.
