Whoops! I wasn't intending to imply that I wasn't going to replace the rear trailing arm. If Roy tells me it outta go then that is good enough for me! I know when to defer to the truly knowledgeable. I was just thinking about the "plumber with the leaking pipes" analogy......
And looking under the car yesterday, I would certainly welcome the help with replacing that rear trailing arm. Doesn't look like fun. And some of those bolts look like their access is a little cramped. And the wheel bearing on that side sounds like it might have a squeak in it also. Can't be a good sign.
I also found a sticky RF brake caliper yesterday. Rotating tires gives you a chance to inspect a variety of things.....
