W123 ABS swap?

I was thinking about how much i wish my W123 has abs like my W126 does and i realised that most of the suspension componants are interchangable between the 2 cars. Hubs and ABS pump aside, how much work would it be to retrofit ABS onto a w123?

pretty hard

I have a W123 with ABS, it is basically connected the same way it is on a W126, it has the same pump and computer, The difficulty is the wiring.

You would need the following, ABS pump, computer, Differnetial with abs sensor, front wheel senors and hubs from a W126, and new brake lines, front and rear.

Basically its not for the faint of heart.

I would need a new rear end? This would mean finding a 1985 300SD with ABS tahts a parts car....
