It could fractured wires in the door jamb. I had to splice new wires in there myself. Check to see if the wires are getting current at the motor too.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just took your last post to mean this was checked already.

In the LR door, there are two wires going to the motor. One is green with a brown stripe and the other is black with a pink stripe. Both of these lines should read 12V, independently of each other when no switch is pressed.

When you press the console switch to the "up" position, the green wire with the brown stripe should now be grounded and the black wire with the pink stripe should remain at 12V.

When you move the console switch to the "down" position, the black wire with the pink stripe should now be grounded and the green wire with the brown stripe should remain at 12V.

Perform some tests with the voltmeter and report back.

I had a similar situation in the 300SD. In mine the left rear/right front did not work (sound familiar?) After troubleshooting the electrical what I did was run a jumper from the battery to one motor wire and ran a ground to the other after removing the wires from the door wiring block. Still no dice. I replaced the motors with ones off a 420 SEL. I had to swap in the 300SD regulator for the rear window as the SEL's was bigger.

Try running the jumpers and see what happens. The fuse could have blown because the motors jammed and pulled too much current.

Brian, Just to clarify. I should do this test on the left rear?
