Whats it worth

Im getting ready to sell my 82 240D thats been converted to a 300DT, overall its a nice car the 240 had 300K on it and had a spun rod bearing and broken timing chain when I got it, the 300D that the parts came from had 60K on it. It needs a little body work, and a paint job to be perfect but the major repairs have been done, its not new floor pans on the passengers side, the hole behind the battery tray has been fixed, its got a new battery tray, both rear quarters have had patches installed, it could use a set or front fenders or patches the front lower part is a little rusty. the structure of the car is solid, all the rear sub frame mounts are solid. I got the engine, transmission, drive shaft, rear diff, cluster, from left spindle, lower control arm, steering gear box, and sway bar bushings from a car that was at a local junk yard the transmission and engine are spotless inside, the transmission didnt even have any dirt in the pan when I took it off. I assume the millage on the cluster is correct, the cluster odometer worked when I installed the cluster in the 240D so i know it worked when the 300D it came out of was running. I replaced the motor mounts, the lower oil pan (junk yard smashed it but the oil pump didnt get hurt), new belts and hoses, new battery, new fuel, oil and air filters, replaced the fuel lines, complete exhaust, hooked up the tach to work off of the EGR valve controller, updated the rack dampener with the new style, converted all the locks including the gas door to electric locks with keyless entry, replaced the air cleaner mounts, put new brake pads and rotors all the way around, the 240 had a new alternator and starter so those got changed over, did front end alignment, new carpet was put in when the floor was repaired, the carpet also got dynamat put underneath it, it comes with the CD player, the power antena was put in, it has rca cables running into the trunk, the cruise control amp was repaired also but i havent put it back in yet I just pluged it in to test it. Now what it still needs, I have all the wood trim, but it needs refinished or replaced I recovered some of it but never finished the job all the dash wood except the glove box door have been done but trim is off the glove box just not stripped, the console wood is stripped but not covered, its chipped in the corner and needs fixed. The windshield seal dripps if it rains real real heavy, I had the windshield removed and was supposed to be resealed but it still leaks, the frame around the windshield is solid no rust, the glove box door needs the latch repaired and the door put back together, it needs the trim around the bottom and the sides of the seat, the back panel of the seat needs put back in, the top of the rear seat is not torn or cracked but the thread that holds it together is starting to rot from the sun, the headliner is dirty and has a couple rips in it, the E-brake doesnt work, all the parts for them are missing in the rear brakes, it could use some tires there not the correct size and the ones on the rear that were on the front are worn on the inside from the front end alignment being off. Thats all I can think off at the moment Ive done to it Im sure there are a few more little things. I would like to sell it I need the money and got a 96 TDI Passat. If anyone is interested make me an offer, or tell me what you think its worth

Thanks for all your help
You've got a driveable parts car. Considering a W123 in good condition can be had for $5,000 or less, project cars to this degree are not desireable.

$1,000 for mostly the drivetrain is all she's worth, at most.

Oh, and by the way, the mileage is not accurate either. I believe the instrument cluster from the car you got at the salvage yard is not made for the 617 turbo. The speedometer on turbos go to 120mph.

Not in the US in 1981 or 1982. All of these had 85mph speedos then, even turbos.
