Timing Chain Crimp Tool Returned!

Greetings,
After about a year of begging, visiting, and leaving voicemails I got my timing chain crimping tool back! I will continue to loan out the tool but unfortunately locality rules apply. NY, NJ, CT, RI, and MA only at this time. I will hand deliver, assist if needed, and leave with the tool at the completion of job. I'm currently going through PM's to update those near by in need.

Here are the names of the involved. I recommend caution in loaning tools to those listed below.

Pablo Mancero
P&N Auto Repairs
Waterbury, CT

Will Rhyins
Danbury, CT or NYC?

I've read up on Will and when I met him he seemed to be a great guy with multiple contributions to MB owners. I wish I knew what happened. Hopefully someone will update his status. Last I heard he was recovering from Lyme Disease.
God Bless!

When I loan tools over the board to people I don't know I simply have them paypal me a deposit in the amount of the tool's value...I'm guessing you didn't get any deposit from the people you hounded? While it is the height of gall to borrow a tool and have to be chased to return it if you had taken a refundable deposit you'd have gotten it back in short order...guaranteed. And, if they don't return them just use the deposit to replace it.

Yep, just like the "Loan a tool" at Auto Zone. I'm sure you may have to watch some for prompt return of the deposit also.
