123 Lower control arm bushing replace - orientation

I have the lower control arm out, I have the bushing completely out.

The new bushing has two flat sides.

Not sure how to orient the bushing, not sure if it matters.

Noticed the replacement metal tube through the whole center needs to be
squashed open one one end.
Anyone have DIY idea for getting it squashed correctly ?
I was thinking of using a lock nut upside down.

Should there be any grease anywhere ?

I searched LCA and lower control arm and bushing and replace
but got a lot of discussion but no pictures or guide to doing it.

Correct LCA bushing kit?

PM me with your email address. I have the LCA section from the factory manual I can send. Lots of pictures.

Whoa! DO NOT put grease on it! Petroleum greases will eat rubber. Use K-Y, yeah I know but trust me on this! It'll slip right on in with the help of a handheld vise!
