1987 300D Serpentine Belt Questions
 

Hi all,

I have a 1987 300D, and have been unable to find a shop manual for it. I need to replace the alternator, and am wondering how to remove the tension from the serpentine belt.

Of course, then I need to put the belt back on later, so any help, info, pictures, etc, would be very appreciated.

Undue nut 356, use lever in 338, slide 353 back to relase tension on spring.
