Idler arm kit installation

Ok, so I did the idler arm kit, center drag link, steering damper, R/L tie rod assemblies. Fairly simple job, My question is, I took the idler arm off and removed drag link and tie rod from it, put idler arm back on by itself before attaching drag link and tie rod to it, how do I know I got it in correct position? Reattached drag link and tie rod and car seemed to drive okay, alignment is next thing. If I remember correctly I tightened drag link and tie rod to idler arm before tightening idler arm bolt to 62ftlbs, so I may be over thinking problem. I did notice the steering wheel center is not level heading straight, its rotated a bit to right.
