Well since our family has a carlot and I work on and been round cars along time so ive found alot of things.

Some of the good:
Old 36' pontiac, found a mint old bone handle Reminton switchblade in a greasy oily frame channel, traded it for a Hi-Standard HD pistol, shoulda kept the knife! My Eclipse AVN-5495 widescreen DVD,navi....Bout $2500 new, i paied $50

Various amounts of money, nothin major though. new car parts, cd's, stereos, tools, knives, etc. Porn dvd too, and a pretty good one, i washed it all 1st

The nasty: Found an IV bag full of old piss in a drug dealers repo'ed suv. Condoms, old roachs, dead things, old rotton food, pantys, etc.

One day going to the county landfill a guy next to us had a large bucket of AN fittings he gave me, bout $400-500 bucks worth! And some vintage golf clubs

Skippy~ As for perception: Drive what you like and can afford. Those who don't like it can supply vacuum to one of your components. LOL

If you need parts, I have some!

Old Maps

I like maps but don't collect them. But about 10 years ago while pawing through a junker, I found the heavy envelope with about 50 very well preserved "Oil Company Maps" of the the US and Canada from the 50's. They are all older then the Interstate System and really show the change of our highway system. I don't have a map for every state, but for most of them.

PNP in Grand Rapids, MI (U-Wrench-It) circa 1990, I found an 18 gauge Kresge shotgun under the back seat of a Toyota MK II Supra. I had already ganked a Wolfsburg edition steering wheel from a Scirocco, so I paid for that with the shotgun down my pants. Very awkward walking out.

Still have the shotgun (who knew Kresge made guns) and the steering wheel...

Why didn't you just tell them it was part of your toolbox?

Probably made for Kresge by Marlin or Mossberg.

My best find is a 300D manual transmission drive shaft. While i was pulling it, My brother found 325 bucks laying in the dirt. we split it, and i bought the manual transmission too.

Angry

I've only found a few tools, but a buddy of mine found a WWII German officers dress dagger and sheath under the seat of an old Land Rover he bought. I was green with envy!

Is that a shotgun in your pants, or are you just happy to see me?

A complete interior that cost $10 for my 78 Datsun Z when I was a broke student. Found $10 in the seat when I got it home. Spent that on beer. What else is school good for?
