So I finally did a compression test!

Here are the Results

1 - 26 bar
2 - 26 bar
3 - 26.5 bar
4 - 26.5 bar
5 - 22 bar

What would be my next step to see whats happening with cylinder 5?

Adjust the valves. If that doesn't fix it then do a leak down test to determine where the air is going.
