603 # 18 head ??
How reliable is this head? I reailze they are up to 22 whats the differance in the casting ?

Between 17 and 22 the differences seem to be limited to the oil passage between #1 cylinder and the timing chain. DaveM/gsxr has some pictures of the differences.
If you can confirm that an 18 head was original equipment on a turbo engine, use it. Sixto 87 300D |

Isn't the #18 from the NA 603. I think that's what Dave has said.

Use it on a 3.0 ? what else?

The #16 is the NA head. The #18 should work on the 3.0 and 3.5
