does anybody know what this parts name is?

it carries antifreeze fluid, it cracked and all the fluid poured out =[

If I understand what you have there in the photo, the EPC calls it "Heating water feed, with fuel heat exchanger." The part number is 603 200 11 52.

Looks like either, an expansion tank for your cooling system, or a washer fluid bottle.
