F'in awesome. Thats for a complete thread, its nice when issues get resolved and there's useful data available for others.
Nice job, what's inside that unit? You didnt replace any seals? |

I did not replace anything... not even the gasket. Directly under the fuel inlet on the bottom of the "assembly" (you can not see it in the picture) there is a cap bolt. I disassembled it and there is a valve (valve 1) and spring in there... the valve was stuck and I pushed it with my finger and it fell out. I sprayed it/everything with carb cleaner and reassembled. Ditto for the fuel outlet (valve 2) on the other side (which is on top and you can see in the picture). There is also a large cap bolt directly behind the cam thingy (you can actually see a little bit of it on the bottom of the picture... brass colored) which I removed and cleaned inside as well.
