Freeze-12 is not going to give you any better cooling than R-134..........it's a 134 blend.

If you're hell bent on using it, I believe you can purchase it from Diesel Giant.

Yes, Freeze12 will give you better cooling than R134a, but it will not give you better or even "as good" cooling as R12.
I have one car with R12, one with Freeze12 and one with R134a, so while I compitulate to Brian on almost all issues, I'm pretty familiar with this one.
None will work worth a dern though if you don't follow the proper procedures for the work being done. In other words, don't go in thinking you have some kind of quickie magic elixir...........

JimmyL? Are you going to start practicing magic? I like how you describe AC systems. I was thinking just the other day, "why did does German engineers make the AC system on the 300SDL model so complex?"

Back on subject, last summer, I overhauled the AC system on "Candy", and using R134a was able to acheive 40-45F from the dash vent. Of course, that was traveling 60mph; i.e. not at idle.
