I just bought a 1983 300TD. It is the coolest car I have ever owned. I am enjoying reading all the maintenance tips on this board. First question (of many) ... at 65 mph the car is running a little over 3000 rpm, does this sound right?

That takes a load off my mind. Now I just have to trouble shoot the A/C. Everything else is working, though. Such a fun car that I don't even mind driving in Florida with no A/C.
