Question 603 IP help

i got an IP from junkyard that i put in a 300D. for some reason the "stop" seems like its having a problem with the spring, it wont pop back to where its supposed to. any suggestions before i have to remove the IP and dismantle it?

Sad day when your lever won't come up.

Is it okay with the vacuum line disconnected? If not, perhaps the o-ring is dry, try a little fuel on the o-ring.

Is the EDS connector hooked up? Are you sure EDS is working?

Does the stop lever come up when you remove the vacuum line to the actuator? If so, you might have a bad key switch.
