Will "94-"95 W124 hood and lights fit '92 300D
 

will it, i need tro know this quick, there is nice 300D it '92 w/ 172k, it has front end damage nothing major, grille is no good and pair of headlights cracked, but it starts and drives. so what i want to do is to swap few parts from newer W124, headlights, hood, taillights, you guys get the idea, so will it all fit no prob? also no shop work i want to do this all by myself

Yes, the 94/95 hood and lights will fit, and no shop needed to do it. The "no prob" depends on the damage to the car.
