At the rear you probably just need a half shaft on one side. They can be bought for less than 100 rebuilt and arent all that hard to change. The rest of the stuff is not that bad really. a used hood and trunk lid from the salvage yard, some patch panels from sherman in michigan and you can have the body looking decent.

The guys advising you to junk it are thinking you care about having a perfect car. If you just want a dependable driver, all the things I see on your list are deferred maintenance or optional cosmetics. The half shafts are normal wear items. They can go anywhere from 120 to 300k miles before needing replaced.

Any car that is 25 years old will have a long list of needs. If yours is running well and you are enjoying driving it you may as well fix the half shafts and keep pecking away at your to do list.

If you want a perfect car you should find a rust free body and swap your engine into that.....but you will still have a long list of things to fix, probably.
