Internals of Off-road engine

I was browsing Ebay the other day, and came across this. Its supposed to be a tier II off-road engine.
I was wondering if anyone knows if the difference between this engine and those found in dodge trucks lies only in the injection pump, or if there are other differences in the internals.

After reading it, I would say it's not EPA/Smog certified for street use

An ISB is an ISB. If the pump is different then swap pumps and get it in your vehicle.

That engine is probably worth at least $5k. IIRC, those had a VP44 pump (can't really see in the pic.). You'll probably have to swap to a p-pump if that's even possible, to make it easier to swap.
