I've gotten it at both Pep Boys and NAPA.

NAPA should have 'em, ask for Item# or Part #: ZRX ZXG051....no offense but some of the associates are just lazy, if they don't see it in the shelves, they'll just say they don't have 'em...

Amazing!!

First call to Napa said they don't have it.

Second call, using your part number, now they have two cases of it. $14.95.

I bought Zerex G-05 at the NAPA on Tennessee St. in Cartersville on Monday for 14.98 tax Included. It was on the shelf under the nearest cash register to the door. I too went many places first.

Pep Boys.. in that climate you probably only need one gallon. I use one Gallon for my cars in Greenville, SC...just up the road.

I asked for G-05 at Autozone and was told they stopped carrying it. Then I went into the "back" to dump some used oil and happened to see two cases on the shelf. I think it's called the "noncommissioned salesperson phenomenon."

the autozone here has always stocked it...it doesent sell as most of the autozone patrons are latino kids with hondas (green coolant), but its always on the shelf, and one of the few things at autozone that is Mercedes-Benz correct.

Interesting sidenote- I was at the dealer 2 yesterday and had a conversation with the parts guy, it seems MB has switched from Mcguires car care products to a new company, anyone have any idea who it is?

I had an AZ employee 'volunteer' to go in the back and look. Amazing!!! No luck though.
I never did find any so I ended up using the Preston orange stuff for now. I'll drain it out and use it in the tractor when I find some G-05.

Why is it so hard to find?
