Do the door mirrors come apart? If so how? I got the knob off, 3 phillips head and the mirror is out.There's a phillips head on the far side of the glass which I took off, that allows removing the rubber surround. How do I get the chrome cover off?

The lenzes pop out with a little prying - Ide use a pine wedge -not a screwdriver. There is a ball socket you're popping loose--like your sholder.

I popped the mirror off and removed the two screws holding the cover on. The wedge worked like a charm.
