Pay your taxes.
Or, you could simply pay the road tax on the fuel. In MO, the road tax is $0.18 per gallon. The tax forms are readily available. For all you know, I might be a "Revenuer" who has already called your local authorities with information about your car and your intentions to use untaxed fuel.

gettin caught
I would say that you have a better chance of getting caught running veggie oil then running red dye in a passanger vehicle. if you decide to do this i would purchase a filter bag just in case. you never know what kind of things are on the bottom of that tank....mainly rust

red dye
The fuel was not dyed red,aint gonna worry about having my tank dipped, mixed 1st tank 50/50,with fresh diesel, will go from there. Used money saved elsewhere.
