George Murphy. Search here for his phone number. He does not have a website.

George Murphy's number is 865-482-9175 (Oak Ridge, Tennessee). Email is perfanalysis@comcast.net, but phone is quicker. George sells the rubber diaphragms inside the actuators for $6 each plus shipping; if you want the whole actuator you should buy from Phil. Be forewarned that accessing the actuators can be a PITA, and when you remove them the little plastic tabs can break easily.
Assuming your compressor works and the system holds a charge (you said you have cold air), your problems could be in the actuators, the vacuum valves, or the electronic control, or some combination. |

I ve tested them all w/ a mitvac and they dont hold any vacuum, hopefully I can get at 'em w/o taking the evap box out since there I ve got a good charge of r12 in there.Im sure this wont solve all my issues since the ccu is also suspect but since they are 200 bux I want to make sure mine is bad 1st.

You should be able to get to all the actuators without removing the evaporator. The objective is to get to all of them without removing the dash.
If you've got six actuators, three of which are two-stage, you'll need nine diaphragms (since none of yours hold vacuum). That's $54 +$9 postage, an inexpensive first step in getting your system back in order. |
