Can't find the illuminated sunroof switch thread
 

Recently, somewhere in one of the MercedesShop forums, I found a thread describing how to change your older W124 car's sunroof switch to the later illuminated kind. I have the newer switch and the matching 6-pin connector but do not know how to wire it since I can't find the thread. :confused: The only connections needed are a ground and a wire to any one of several points that have +12 volts when the lights are on. I don't know how to run a wire from the dome light down to the dash or console and don't want to damage the A-pillars trying. Can anyone point me to a thread on this subject?
