How well do ultrasonic cleaners work on injectors? Any particular Freq. or sonic power level.

What are you using as the cleaner/solovent for yours.

You can reduce the risk from solvent fires by using non-flammable solvents and by creating a "double boiler" with water in the ultrasonic cleaner and a secondary container with the cleaning solvent and parts.

Pure biodiesel (B100) might be a good cleaner; it certainly cleans the other parts of the fuel system.

They make special cleaners for Ultrasonic cleaners; some of them are powders that you disolve in water. However, I do not remember the names of any.
