Ok, so this isnt diesel..

But i have to share the excitement with you guys. i just rebuilt and installed new high compression pistons into my honda engine. its running at 13:1 compression right now on 92 octane. http://s8.photobucket.com/albums/a2/Cervan/?action=view&current=Video019.flv. I would post this elsewhere but really i post nowhere else on this forum except for in this section.

Cool. Looks like it's pretty peppy. I don't have my sea legs yet, so your videos are little shaky for me. Maybe you should strap the phone to your head with a headband or borrow a video cam with a gyroscope.

Just don't slide it into a tree, that little honda wouldn't fare as well in such a battle as your 240D did

thats so evilll lol. i really really have to watchout for sliding into stuff with this car. Its so light and its front wheel drive, so if it floor it around a corner ill go straight :O

Yeah its alot of fun though lol, when its wet out, i can rip the tires out from under it in first gear at any rpm. i shift at 8000 rpm's lol. Its a little wierd but im kind of used to it because of the high revving 616 engine lol.

My stock yaris can do that, that's why I'm not a big FWD fan.

As can our stock and decrepit minivan. It will do a burnout on dry pavement if you punch it from a standstill.....stupid front wheel drive.

oh you watched some of my other videos lol. yeah i tried mixing diesel with gasoline in my mercedes. to make up for the lost lubrication i added 2-cycle oil to the mix as well. It gained some low end power but knocked abit more at initial startup and idle so i decided to switch back.

Yeah its 13:1 comp its really really high, but its soooo much fun the exhaust has a nice growl to it because of the high comp.

Lol, this transmission is so high geared, im shooting for 55mpg with a 0-60 of under 5 seconds.

WOW! 13:1?!? How they heck do you keep it from pinging itself to death? 92 octane doesn't seem high enough for that kind of compression...

True, you should be running 98 at least with that kind of compression.
