I found out something that I do not think is on the Factory Manual CD.
I have the printed 123 Factory Chassie manual. There is a basic adjustment for the Guide Rod that uses the amount of exposed threaded area between the Guide Rod Adjusting Nut and the tube end of the Guide Rod. They give you dimensions for the "self made tool". The dimension is 14mm (aprox. 9/16").
So I adjusted the glide rod until there was slightly less then 9/16" of exposed threads between the nuts and the tube and was able to finish installing the arm with no problems.
Also the guide rod adjustment has an effect on the Camber and Caster not the Toe In as I thought before.
