That thing sitting in the spring tower is the (secondary i believe) oil separator.

If you look closely, you see the primary oil separator by the firewall, and the upper portion of it vents to the lower separator which seems to just discharge into the engine bay.

i going to need a longer hose apperentely the kit is for a W123 so the hoses that he gave me is in the wrong order, about the oil cap leak, i changed the gasket, cap, and even used bearing greese as forceinduction suggested and it still leaks!!!! and its really hard to keep a clean engine with leaks that cant be slove!!!
