Did you not like the stock cold air intake? Why did you decide to use a hot air intake instead?

At least its a decently sized paper filter and not a K&N knockoff.

Did you use the heatshields with them?

Is the bracket bad?

Adjusted that rack damper bolt?

i have replaced my rack damper bolt, changed my mounts and shocks and its still rattles like mad, with the heat shield it seem to tear up the mounts faster and made a bigger screw hole

Have you tried,
Welding a rod on the underside of the bracket?
Radiator hose between the filter box and valve cover?

All that effort and you haven't replaced that oil filler cap gasket??? Sheesh!
And fooy on all those German engineers who came up with that intake system that has allowed so many engines to achieve over 500,000 miles......
But now you can hear your turbo and call it a 300SDT.......

I'm not new and I was kind of wondering that? Is that where you are venting the crank case vapor? That would make a mess in the wheel well no?

That would make a nice automatic undercoating system, hook hoses up to all of the wheel wells.

I guess if you don't care about keeping it clean! The engine and trans leaks can get the middle, and the crank case vent can get the sides.
