Brakes question
My '87 300TD has the ABS system. This weekend I will be bleeding the brakes (line opened to complete a repair). Do I have to use the power bleeder? I know how to do the "old fashion" break bleed.

You don't have to use a power bleeder.
And, please do a search on brakes...........there's enough info in the archives to fill a volume on proper brake bleeding procedures..........with various opinions on the preferred choice. |

The old fashioned way is fine. Do you know about the front of the brake reservoir vs. the back on a 124 chassis car? If not, best read up on it, or you'll be posting a followup asking why there's no fluid at the rear calipers but the reservoir looks full.
