Yes bad idea since that coolant is engineered for land rover engines...

"Looks Can be Decieving" [By the same Token,]

Should I not use a Battery Made in the UK because it may be only for British
Wiring (The Prince of Darkness,Sir David Lucas ...Hell, thinking about that;It
might make the Electrons run down the "Wrong" side of the wire.)

Use: official Mercedes Coolant AKA Zerex G05.

It depends on what you have in your car already. LR uses an OAT type coolant, don't mix it with anything than other OAT's.

The main problem with it is not the color of the dye used but what is added to the coolant. For example-You shouldant use green coolant in the newer mercedes because it will eat away the aluminum heads and blocks.

Zerex G05 is what you should have in your car, it is a Hybrid OAT coolant (HOAT). If you have green, it is an inorganic coolant and you probably should not have it in there and must be completely flushed out if you change coolant types. The Land Rover OAT type (organic) coolant is not compatable with either the green inorganic or the hybrid organic. OAT coolant's are usually a pretty color like orange, red or pink, but different companies use different colors.

Since we are on the subject of coolants, what do y'all think about Evans Coolant? I ran it in my 99.5 F250.

Thank you.
