Diesel prices

Just think what would happen if that commie b***h Palosi wouldn't have sent everyone home early? Thats right folks! The ban would have passed Congress and we would have our 2.50 Diesel back regardless if we actually drilled anything! Just the threat of drilling lowers prices.
As I suggested in an earlier post Pelosi should move to Iran and save Their planet and just leave our planet here in America alone.... we want to drill HERE and drill NOW....The previous poster was absolutely right. Just the mere THREAT of drilling here in America scared the living CRAP out of OPEC and others in the "oil game".... ok enough ranting...whew

Ditto...

However I think the real reasons are the investigations into oil speculation and the fact that this has been a bubble with NOTHING to back it up. Oil should be around ~65-70 a barrel not 130. This is according to oil analysts working with the actual demand for crude, not these inflated prices. I believe that we are going to see a major correction in the price of crude soon. If this price drop makes it to the pumps or if it just means more profit$ for the oil companies remains to be seen...

It's just a game!

Diesel is LESS refined and comes off the refinning system before gasoline. It's a dam shame that something less refined and less processed costs more. It's simple really. .supply and demand. Heating oil is a dirtier version of diesel, and everyone with oil heat needs it. The game is being played by the oil companies who know they can leagally rape us for the fuel. It's sad really. We all need to just revolt lol.
