Anyone live in lower NY?

Does anyone live in lower NY who would want to get together and share notes on these diesels? I think my car is running ok, but I've never had it examined, and I've never driven another one of these. Just a thought/idea.........

Alex

I think what would be cool is that all of us diesel guys in the mid-atlantic northeast should have a meet. Meet people, check out cars. Sounds like fun to me..

I live in queens, it be great to figure out a meeting place we could all help eachother out to make all our diesels run as fast and good as they can be, I really want to do that boost control thing everyone has been talking about, I have no idea how you put that together, I hope someone could give more specific directions with pictures with the steps.

W107,

I have a VDO boost gauge on order so far, once I get that in and installed I will put in a boost controller and tinker. I will take pics with detailed instructions on the process.

thanks alot I can't wait for you to do it so I can do it myself. One question does anyone know where I can buy a kit that might sell all the hoses and shut off valve included all together, Because my hoses seem to be modified and I want to put it in original order, I hope you understand what Im talking about in the right side of the engine there is a green shut off valve in top the injection pump that has a connector with 3 holes one going to the shut off valve to the transmission and another where the pressure is coming from.
