What's Missing?

Hello Everyone,
I have been working on my '79 300CD all year and have an excellent running and driving car thanks to this forum, but now it is time to tackle the HVAC. There is no heat or AC at all. The only setting that works is the defrost by default. Someone cut and plugged some vacuum lines, and some parts are missing as you may see in the photo. I am looking for the name of the parts that are missing to get me started on the long road to heat and AC

The doodad to the left of the evil servo looks like a valve from Home Depot. That is probably southern engineered to be your manual heater control. Besides a new evil servo and probably an climate control amp, you will need the 123 series climate control manual to figure out what goes where.
