Noisey Vacuum Transducer om606.962

Hey folks,

I've got a 1999 E300 Turbodiesel, 144,080 miles, that's kind of ill.

When I rev the engine via the rheostat/TPS under the hood the engine will rev and when I let off the throttle, the Vacuum Transducer (driver's side front of bay) for the EGR makes a buzzy/honking sound like a sick, chain smoking goose.

I only mention this since I'm trying to fix my nailing/rough idle/missing "fire" issues that are currently a plague on my sanity.

It's a car not a science experiment! Open the throttle!
