sf peninsula pop test

ok maybe some of you fellow sf peninsula residents can help me. i just rebuilt the injectors in my '76 240d with new monarch nozzles and i need to get them pop tested. now here's the problem i have contacted a few diesel mechanics in the area and nobody seems to want to pop test and adjust my injectors. the last place who initially said they could do it are now steering me to a place in oakland. normally this would be no big deal but i am currently commuting with my wife and going to oakland is a bit of a problem. i would think that if you were a diesel mechanic you would have a pop tester. any ideas? if i can't find someplace i'm going to just stick the injectors in and drive it until i buy or make my own tester.
