won't stay locked
My 124 locks fine but it intermitantly unlocks itself. It's only happened once while I was driving. Many mornings I come out to find the car unlocked. Any suggestions on where to begin my search for a solutions?
Thanks

If you lock the door with one door not all of the way closed, it will unlock again (at least mine does). Hope this helps.

I had the very same thing happen today. came back to the car after shopping, and the r/f door was unlocked. I didn`t shut the door all the way, but the other 3 were locked.
A few years ago I would have a problem with the buttons coming back up after I had locked the car. wasn`t happening every time, but every once in a while. Later on I was having a vacuum problem, not shutting off, shifting properly etc... I chased it down to the r/r door actuator leaking the vac. after I replaced it, I have never had the doors unlock since. It was usually only on a hot day they would unlock. I figured with the rubber on the top being ripped and or dried out, it was letting in warm air and maybe pushing against the inner diaphram and unlocking the doors. It`s just one of those darn vacuum Gremlins at work Charlie
