Recommend me a Car Cover?
I don't have garage parking where I am at the moment, and I would like to buy a Car Cover to protect my 300cd from some of the elements. I currently park under trees in the shade, or in the sun. Do you have any recommended car covers that are under $100, and would provide basic protection against the sun/rain/tree pollen? I know there is a possibility of covers scratching paint because of dust under the cover. Since I don't use my car everyday a car cover seems like a good purchase to try to keep the car in good cosmetic shape. What covers/brands seem to be decent? There are a few options on eBay for $40, of course the el-cheapo covers from Wally world and McParts, and covercraft covers which are reasonable as well. What do you recommend for a budget car cover, or should I just save the money for quarters every week at the local car wash, and not worry about sun damage?

I would just wax it a few times and put covers in the windows.

I was thinking about getting a car tent for Norm during the summer and the Jeep during the winter, but they run around $200.00.

Parking under trees can be worse than parking in the sun. Bird ***** is a PITA to clean off of the paint when it leaves stains behind.
I made the mistake of parking under one of the trees at my apartment complex, it took $8 at the carwash to get all the Sparrow cr@p off... |

call performance products, or coverking, they make a decent one for what you describe for about 100 bucks. A really nice one is about 250.
